Do we ship internationally?

We do ship internationally.  We use UPS Worldwide Express.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Here at Scentsiblegifts.com we pride ourselves on having your orders shipped out within 24hrs, and in most cases ship the day of your order if ordered before 2pm CST.

My item is on backorder, how long do I have to wait?

Unfortunately at times some of our products will go on backorder due to the amounts of orders we take.  If your item(s) is on backorder you can expect to receive shipment within the next 2 weeks in most cases.  If there is an extended backorder on your item(s) we will contact you with updates.

Do our candles come with wicks?

In most cases our candles will come with wicks.  Just kidding, all of our candles will come with wicks.  That is our way of showing we offer the best candles out there.
